Customer service se foet!

Since last week Thursday I have sent 4 emails (not one that has been actually answered at this point, is your turn around time 5 working days?), i have called 2 x from the UK to get my confirmation email sent (both agents said they would send it) and i still have not received it.

What will it take for someone to send me my flight details and booking confirmation (please note you have already removed this money from my account), when i log on to your website, it does not recognize the booking with my surname because i need an e-ticket number, i am really at a loss at the absolutely appalling level of service - can someone just send me my booking confirmation please or do i need to send a vial of blood over to get it?
