I was told it's not timeshare... But I couldn't book a holiday whenever i wanted to.
I was told that I could always sell it back to the company if I didn't want it, and they would sell it out on my behalf... But I was to and I cannot get rid of it.
I paid for a year's subscription... Only to find out that I couldn't use the "units" promised to me until the next year.

I am about to change BANKS to get away from these people.
I have contacted the National Consumer Protection DTI team, as this company needs to be SHUT DOWN for contravention of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, section 41 inter alia (False, misleading or deceptive representations, Consumer's rights with respect to delivery of goods or supply of service and Unfair, unreasonable or unjust contract terms). I have also now contacted Carte Blanche, so the whole world can see what these people are, and those that call themselves employees be ashamed of where they work.
And please don't "respond" to this query telling the world that you are "looking into the complaint". You are all liars.
