I am in a Citiliner bus right now and so unhappy. The bus is so full and we are given seat numbers at their offices however there is no indication of seat numbers in the bus. I am travelling with a baby and she had to sit next to stranger because of space unavailability.Us (passengers) we cannot tolerate such disrespect, we all paid a fair amount of money to be sitting comfortably. An apology is expected from Greyhound and Citiliner. Thank you.
