Very disappointed in kulula after having checked with your call centre to verify that your aircraft had a "small" compartment for hanging precious cargo - like a "wedding dress". Only to find when boarding the plane that the dress had to be shoved in the overhead stowage, a very unhelpful air hostess, not at all interested!!! Well i suppose you have the monopoly now - so why worry about customer service! Not only is the bride flying on your airline but so are all the wedding guests - shame on you! And its not a joke.
