I bought a ticket for a friend in Cape Town to start work up here in Gauteng next month. He phoned me and stated that the company would like him to start Monday, I misunderstood it to mean Monday 28 Oct seeing as how he would've started 1 Nov. So I make the change and pay the fee to have the change applied. I inform him of the new date and he says that he meant this coming Monday. So in probably less than 10 minutes I phone Mango again asking for the change and they charge me again. I understand that it was my "fault" but really. A silly miscommunication costs me R380 and they couldn't care less. And this while trying to help a friend.
It really saddens me that things have gotten to such a frightful state.
