After waiting in a 30 minutes in an uncoordinated que, I was informed that they are double booked. What makes matters worse is that they state that this is a standard practice for Kulula and in truth they really work on a first come first serve basis. According to their representative, next time I'll know better and spend the extra money to pre book a designated seat.
