I made an online booking @ about 3:00 in the morning for the 19th february 2013. I booked a one way from Port Elizabeth to OR Jhb. My booking was paid via a payd system that was an option on the website!! I even paid for an sms to be send to me for my confirmation??? That did not happen at all. I got worried and was awake since then. I went to Nedbank for a statement which showed that the money was deducted from my account just to show as proof at the mango ticket office that it went off my acount!! The ladies that assisted me was very friendly and helpful but could'nt pick up my booking!! They phoned mark at Head Office and he also couldn't help. They all said I need to phone Mango refunds. About 2 days later Chantel left a message on my phone regarding the refund so I returned her call and provided her with my card details, she said she will come back to me and up to now I am the one phoning her all the time to see when I will get my money back but it seems that I am not an important customer??? It is now nearly a month later and still didn't get my refund because I phoned again today 15/03/2013 and was told again and again that they are waiting for Management to sort it out?
