After we've paid the whole year's fees two months ago, Flexi Holiday Club decided yesterday to out R11000 more from our bank account without permission or notice! We've sent a complaint, but only received an automatic reply message that "they've received the mail". We tried to phone them 5 times today (only ONE number available) and each time after 5 minutes of OUR expensive airtime and listening to an irritating voice telling us to be "patient" we realised that we've got to do a bunch of incompetent ...! It seems they only talk to lawyers on other people's accounts?
