I have had an existing flight on Kulula dated Sept 16. I could not make it so I paid R300 to have it changed to Oct 15th. Unfortunately again my arramgements changed, and I phoned from out of country to have it changed again. I was told to pay R1299 (That is more than a new ticket) in order to change it, or forfeit the ticket completely. My flight was from Lanseria to Cape Town - Petrus Harmse Ticket code XIKXBJ. Is this normal procedure for you to treat customers??
I have booked another flight through another agency as a result of this.
Please assist with some answers of why I should use you in future.
