Greyhound
Bus Driver would not stop

This morning I dropped my children off at a busstop in Brakpan. The bus was enroute to Richards Bay.
As I got into my car I noticed my son had left his wallet behind. I immediately got out the car and tried in vain to flag the bus driver down. He was not yet in the road, he was still at the petrol station. There was more than safe for him to stop, just to allow me to give my son his wallet. Despite my attempts and that of other people. He refused. I called my son, who told me the hostess said I should meet them at the next stop in Springs.
I did that and raced as fast as I could after the bus. At the stop in Spring, my son got off the bus to wait for me, I was less than 2 minutes away. The bus driver shouted at my son and told him to get in the bus. The more my son pleaded with him to please just wait two minutes I would be there, the more he refused. As I got there I hooted and shouted, still he would not stop, I just managed to hand him the wallet through the window, before he sped on. It was vitally important for my son to have his wallet as it contained the only money he had, as wll as bank cards. I am disgusted that this man would not accomodate us, even just for a minute.
