On Friday 27 September, I took the Joburg to Cape Town flight at 22.00 (was suppose to be 21.20) MN125
20 Minutes before we can go board we received an SMS saying the flight is delayed. Then we could board, the plane was late. As we got on the plane was so dirty and then we had to wait another 25 minutes for the to refuel, could this not be done while we were boarding??
When they wanted to bring the trolley out, the said sorry but they hardly have any stock on the trolley.
I was sitting at an emergency exit, but no one ever explained to me what to do in-case of an emergency. There was no space for hand luggage and they placed the luggage with normal luggage.
I have never experienced such bad service in my life! I would never fly kululu again and not recommend it for anyone else.
