No help from SAA

I have to say that this morning my poor daughter in law's father passed away in George, my daughter in law was trying to get to her mother as quickly as possible but SAA Dbn to George was sold out. Silly me I thought by phoning SAA and explaining the situation which we could prove, they would assist this distraught girl, but NO not interested in helping at all, what a heartless bunch with little or no empathy, remember SAA the people you have on your phones represent you, so it would be advisable to have someone with some intelligence and people skills
