We were booked for a SPA and stay over experience this past weekend (21 & 22 September). It was our wedding anniversary and my husband planned this for our anniversary. Looking at the web page, it looked like a very nice place, we were very, very disappointed, and are very surprised that they are allowed to operate under these circumstances! I am shocked at the state of the place, it is dirty, the carpets are filthy and there are dust and cob webs all over the place. Somebody brought us gowns and a towling " tube" that I had to use. That thing was so dirty and sticky, I wasn't prepared to use it. The gowns are also very worn and washed out. I would like to say, the following are of great concern to me!!!
- Professionalism of the staff,
- Qualifications of the staff,
- Products being used, (we asked and got very vague answers)
- Hygiene
- No hair dryer in the rooms
- Messy cables and dust in the room
- There is a kettle, but no plug near the kettle, we had to put the kettle on the floor to make coffee
- The place is very old and outdated (carpets, condition of the bathroom, plumbing etc)
