After non-arrival of a SARL bus on Monday 23 Sept due at Midrand at 20H30 we left at 22h45 to return home, said that all telephone and emergency no's of SARL were unavailable. My many attempts to contact SARL were unsuccessful and I went to SARL office at Park Station where I found 14 other passengers with similar or heartbroken experiences. Management was not interested and very rude! I confirm that I have all people's details of said passengers and ask that you contact me so that we can remedy not only this unacceptable service but the fact of such unroadworthy busses. Do we need to see this company cause deaths on the road before there are enquires? On an alternative bus, passengers were stuck on the side of the road due to a breakdown for 8 hours. No water or any refreshments?
