I have booked on the same bus fro 22.30 to DBN an am applauded!! the bus was delayed i was informed at 22.30 for half an hour the bus would be ready, we only left the station at 00.15, why was the 23.00 bus sent before us? my friends and i we made as a joke by the personnel behind the counter they refused to help or advise what was going on. Being Delayed wasn't the problem, The Problem is your staffs attitude about the problem. i paid R360.00 for a ticket and was a horrible ride, the second driver drove recklessly, its a great disappointment!
