Morning. I booked 3 tickets over the phone on th 16 September 2013 and was given the time i must pay to secure the seats for bus the time was 14H55 on the 18th September 2013. I paid for the 2 tickets in full on time but paid R100 short for the 3rd one, when i called this morning i was told that all tickets were cancelled and given to somebody else. and that i will only get my refund in 2 weeks time.i paid in total R1653.00 and i need that money to make bookings at another bus service so i can send my kids home for the school holidays. all im asking for is my refund as soon as possible because i cannot wait for 2 weeks and especially since my tickets were cancelled already.
