On Friday 29/3 my husband and stepson where booked on a flight to CPT MN 501. We received notification whilst on route to Lanseria that the flight had been delayed by two hours due to "bad weather in Durban? ". They had breakfast and tried to check in, only to be told that they had been bumped off their flight, when my husband got upset he was told "if you don't like it you can fly with someone else". I was unreachable so he asked for assistance to get home and was refused. The ground staff were rude, unsympathetic, obnoxious and disrespectful. I had to leave my appointment and collect my family and return to drop them for the 2.55pm flight, over five hours later than originally booked, my stepson was competing in a sporting event and very nearly missed the registration. On 2/4 my stepson flew to Durban on MN501 for a training camp. We called the customer service line to enquire as to how to book his bike on board and were told we have to do so upon check in. When we did they said we should book on line and charged us extra. Once again the ground staff were uninterested. I will be going elsewhere as recommended by your lovely staff. Just shocking Kulula!
