Luggage open on arrival, of items!

On arrival, I proceeded to collect both my hand luggage and main luggage from the carousel. Once I retrieved my hand luggage, I noticed the suit case was unzipped. I checked to see if all contents were still there and intact. My case had clearly been rummaged through, my jewelry bag was empty and bracelets scattered around the case. Both necklaces and earings were missing/had been taken. is UNACCEPTABLE and immensely INTRUSIVE. As paying customers (I speak for all) we require RESPECT of our possessions.
