On the 11 july'13 I requested cancellation of a booking for a function in September'13, for which I paid a deposit of R1 624.00. I was assured via e-mail that I would be refunded.
By the 17 July'13, I have not heard from Walied nor received the refund. At which time I e-mailed him again complaining. I was AGAIN assured that the correct department will process the refund.
By the 23rd July'13, I still havent received anything! I've e-mailed Walied ONCE AGAIN & to date has not gotten a response or the refund.
IT HAS NOW BEEN 2 FULL WEEKS.
I JUST WANT TO BE REFUNDED!
