Well it all began a@ 7am on 05/01/13 on MN594. We were told that the flight was overbooked my mum had to fly in the jump seat. We get on the flight, to only find out there is no place for hand luggage. The host asked us to leave bags with him. I emphasised that both bags had valuables &handled with care. We get seated & await for drinks trolley only have the host come with an empty trolley & say I have nothing... but I can offer you sugar in cup. Not even water! My boy was not him self a little craby & insisted I carry him. The host was extremely rude and kept on telling me to put him in his seat. I said he was unwell & wud be safer for all if I carried him as he was just crying which he never does. He flies almost every month since 3mths. My baby eventually threw up. Host came n threw some tissue at me n that was it. No water or nothing else offered. I waited for assistance when we landed but no one came. The hostess started sorted out the seats but no one asked if needed help. I carried my son his napy bag both of us soaked in puke. To go an then find out that they gave my bag worth over R50k to the someone else. The kept on passing the buck with the bag. no place to finish ..
