On the 31st august my husband and i went to flight centre for them to work out a few packages for us as we want to travel to Thailand in February 2014 for 10 days, Khudija helped us and said she cant do it on the day because she needs the other consultants that are not in to help her with all the information can she email it to us on the Monday the 2nd which my husband replied that was fine, well Monday came and nothing, on Tuesday just after lunch time khudija phoned and told him she had not forgotten about us we will have all the information that afternoon. It is now Friday the 6th and we still have not received anything. we decided to approach another travel agency and we have received all the information a day later which we are thinking of going through them because if this is how it starts at flight centre how will the rest of the trip go..
