I went into Flight Centre the Grove on the 21st March and spoke to Annie about a quote for a trip to Thailand. She said she would get back to me later in the day. After not hearing from her, and doing some more research on trip [URL Removed] re hotels, I called the branch on Saturday and spoke to Franzette. She told me to email the details to her. I assumed she would pass it on to Annie. Annie did email me a quote/costing a couple of days later (without any of the requests Franzette had told me to send to her). I replied with a detailed email again outlining the specific hotels/dates we would prefer. That was on the 25th of March. At the same time, I decided to email Harvey World Travel to get a comparitive quote with the hope of better service. I received an immediate response from Harvey saying they were on it, followed by a quote the following day with everything as requested. I have yet to hear again from Flight Centre. I have just booked and paid for our trip with Harvey. Suffice it to say that I will most certainly use them for our next trip come January. I have no intention of ever bothering to walk into another Flight Centre.
