So after the huge dissappointment experienced by 150 nine year olds due to a booking error, Eldo Coaches have issued a written apology to the teachers, principal & most importantly the children and their parents, as well as arranged for a day trip for the 150 learners to the JHB zoo which the company will pay for as well as transport the learners to & fro at no cost to the learners or school. This I must admit is an excellent act of RETRIBUTION. Apology was accepted by the school.
