My two previous complaints referred. After numoures calls in Dec I eventually was phoned by a manager of the service centre who were very helpfull and promised to work personally with my complaint to sort it out. I was very relieved to year that she will come back to me with a solution to my problem within the 1st 2 weeks in January - thinking that I will be the exception to all the many other people on this site... Sad to say I had to contact them twice this year allready with no result and now I have to turn to hellopeter again to make them contact me :(. I am at the point that I am going to contact not only my lawyer but also the national press to make people aware of this exploitation by the Holiday club.
