Poor Attention to Customer Needs

Ok, I understand fees to transfer tickets forward a month,
But R2500.00 per ticket and then a R750 handling fee is something else.

Ok I have no choice so I say go ahead, now all comunication going through my current email - but then no invoice recieved, next day try again - yes we sent, but again no invoice recieved. then email stating:

As per our previous emails, payment was requested to be completed by 14h00 yesterday for the changes to your booking. From our records we have noticed that no payment has been received for this.

We can no longer guarantee the fare and taxes quoted for this change or that the airline will not cancel the reservation for the new dates.

Travelstart cannot be held liable for the reservation being cancelled or any further increases.

Please note that the original booking cannot be re-instated without any penalties being incurred.

This after they send to the incorrect email after me telling them to use my current one.

Tuesday - Again ask, - after waiting for an hour - again contact and get told:
