Booking Number confusion Customer pays R1500 extra

I contacted [URL Removed] for accommodation near Worcester. Khanyiswa got my email address wrong. They sent me a reference number for an alternative more expensive place with no reference to the name of the place. I assumed their "number" referred to what I originally wanted so I paid the deposit. Their Accountant says it was "allocated" and refused to change it. I paid for one establishment and got booked into another more expensive one. They claim its my fault because I gave the wrong "reference number". There was NO mention of their subsequent correspondence which links the establishment to the reference number. Next time I will book with the establishment directly. These guys don't give the establishments direct telephone number, but its NOT rocket science to get it. Just look it up off the Internet. Most places have their OWN website.
