TICKET REPAYMENT

On the 24 a bought a ticket from Kulula for which i never got a booking confirmation. When i called them they could not find they money but my bank has confirmed that the money went out of my account in the Kulula banking account. I spoke to several call centre agents and none of them could trace the paymant but they could see the booking was there. Only 3 weeks later and after several emails they found it and send it to their finance department only to be refunded 6-8 weeks later. This is very bad for any client to wait that long FOR SERVICES NOT RENDED and to spend all that money on phone calls and emails.
