At the beginning of this year money was debited from my account, three separate times with values of R99, R199 and R299. I got the bank to stop and reverse these transactions (which cost me money to do) and emailed Stratcol as was recommended, without any feedback and now I see that they have done this again with the payment reference being Smartflight#####, with values of R199 twice.
I have seen this complaint on here a few times and I see the same unacceptable excuse from them saying they have so many clients and they're bound to make a mistake. That mistake should not fall on my head, you're running a supposed professional business, if you make a mistake fix it completely. How many people out there don't even realize that this has been done to them. It's basically, your company really needs to sort this stuff out.
