As we all know it is much easier to complain than it is to compliment. This is why I am complimenting this lady for an astonishing job. After being given the run around by Greyhound call center and giving me inaccurate information. Sahuda Khan did a great job as helping me to make sure that my mother in law was able to travel today from Durban to Midrand, people with her attitude give customers that there is still hope for the rest to follow in her footsteps.
