I have been travelling SAA very frequently in the last few years and they're service seems to get worse and worse as the price goes up and up! I fly between Blantyre, Malawi and Johannesburg very often and the service I get at SAA Blantyre offices is terrible! I was booked on a flight and pre booked my seat as well only to arrive at the airport to be told my booking is not on the system! After arguing and presenting my printed out e-ticket, I was made to wait 1 hour before being checked in, furthermore the seat that I had booked in business class was not available. i pay quite a high price for SAA business class and I expect up to standard service and that is FAR from what I got.
