How can u expect to service customers at your main hub with only two yes two kiosks before you enter the terminal and one is dedicated express for airport so those passenger's get preferred treatment. After standing 20min in the line a few of us where let in to be assisted inside. Also just to be not assisted at all. So I waisted 30min of my life because they can't think about adding more service points. What must the people from over sees think that get service like that?
