A DVC-consultant gave me the advice to sent an email to the DVC-trustees explaining my situation, I have done that, they haven't responded yet.
I want to cancel the contract between them and myself.
1. It is impossible to get accommodation in season - I have 2 children, 1 already at school, which means that we won't be able to go on holiday for the next 16 years.
2. My children was with me the day the marketing consultant trick me in believing that it will be possible to get accommodation.
3. The booking site only show availibility till Des 2013, a consultant checked the availibility for the april school holiday and the places availible is not covered by our points, wich means we need 2 years points, which makes it too expensive.
4. The drought of the previous season left our finances in a very bad position - now I have to pay for something that firstly I cannot afford AND secondly that I cannot use.
