Heiko Wolf don't honour commitments in Photographic competition.
I am struggling to get him committed to the prize that was won.
Price won in 2012
1. HE never return identified calls past 14 months.
2. His voicemail state that he is abroad but are not.
The competition that was won was for a trip to the Vic-Falls and I am still struggling I am out of my prize.
