After many months of not going to Lone Wolf Spur due to atrocious service we decided to try it again last night.
We were pleasantly surprised that indeed something was done to improve the service.
We were treated like kings last night by Slice
When telling the manager John that we are pleased by the service, and that it is a marked improvement, he told us that the branch has been focusing on getting it right.
Over and above feeling great from the service received, it also means a lot that customers feedback is taken to heart, and changes are made to rectify deficiencies.
Well done guy!
Only the great few does this!!
