Kulula is a disapointment

My wife booked tickets for a holiday to George, however she booked it under my calling name as well as my father in laws calling name, we have 2 names, one is registered and the other is a calling name.
we get to the airport to book in, and they tell us the tickets are not valid, and we need to purchase another 2 return tickets, we ended up spending about R7000 excluding the initial ticket we purchased, if only they implemented a better online system that takes ID numbers, it would have saved us. We paid for tickets we never use..I hope it helps make some one rich at kulula, exploiting poor peoples money..I am sure the CPA as something in its act to protect us the consumer, i would really like our money back. The service agets at OR Tambo have no compassion for people. its like you made a mistake you pay the price.. so much for us paying there salary.
