Khulula charges for a service I never use

My wife booked return tickets to George for 6 family members via credit card, however on two of the tickets she did not use the registered name, she used the name that we are known as, but surnames remained the same. Having two names is actually a cultural belief. One is our registered name and the other is a name we are known by. When we arrived at OR Tambo, we proceeded to the Khulula book in counter, they thus informed us of the mistake and asked us to go to the Khulula offices. A trainee assisted us, she informed us at point blank that nothing can be done; we need to buy new tickets. Surely if they made use of ID numbers this kind of mistakes can be easily rectified. We had to then pay an additional R 6500 - R7000 for two return tickets. We had no choice at that time but to pay. I requested to see the manager of Khulula after purchasing the tickets, the attendant then refers me to another place to go see the manager, instead of calling the manager to address the problem. Do Khulula employ people who have no human relation skills? Are they only concerned about making money with no plans on keeping customers happy, what about customer retention? The manager was extremely rude
