My wife and I would like to know how you got your Holiday access membership terminated because we called them in June2013 to cancel the members but the lady said that we need to pay for five years then only can they cancel. It is our second time this year that we can't get accommodation because it is fully booked now we had to pay cash for our holiday so the club is a waste of our money.
