We have regular business breakfast and lunches with clients, as you can imagine, if i set up a meeting like this, i must be able to book a table at a restaurant so that i can be assured that my clients does not get shown away or that we do not have to move a meeting last minute and loose valuable time. I phoned your Brooklyn branch this morning to book a table for a upcoming business breakfast for 4 people, the man answering the phone were very rude, i had to repeat myself several times as he were in disbelieve of how i can even make this request, and then just repled " we dont do bookings". How is this possible i can understand maybe a big party of people yes, but only 4 people to ensure that i do not wait for a table and waste time ot have to reschedule a meeting? if that is your policy, please be assured that you will not see my business again.
