How is everyone putting up with travelling on SAA?
I am a voyager member because of my frequent travelling for work but almost every time I receive my luggage at my destination point, I always find my lock gone and my zip broken. After filing reports and claims time and time again... now I don't get feedback from SAA... then what this saying about their customer service? I sent through queries about my miles and I sent through claims for my loses but 6 months through, still no response. I am so tired of complaining... I have better things to do with my time, then to stand and fill out claim forms or argue with an SAA agent on the other end of the line.
I just cannot stand that people are breaking into the luggages and going through your personal belongings, where is our right to privacy? Those locks cost money and repairing the zip is costly too. I feel SAA only compensate a third of your luggage's value.
