Pay twice for 1 flight booking. We are incompetent

Because our system processes transaction and then experience a problem.
The money was billed off my account.
I had to get an authorisation code from my bank due their their system error.

They to you in wrting to say that they keep the booking for 24 hours.
Then they don't.

Now I have to rebook alover again, due to the proce increase of R115.00
Who the can pay R7500 twice for one flight.
They will only refund my money in a week.

It easier to my money and collect interest, but I have to suffer.

This is really nice Kulula.
