I joined this easy holiday timeshare years ago due to the presentation that was given that showed me a good opportunity for holidays. The first holiday I received from was next to Kruger national park and we were given the one of the worst unit and after that we never saw any interesting holiday from them, when we call to ask for website showing holidays, we were directed to a website that was mostly under construction. Mind you we were promised a holiday outside the country that never happened. We were told in the presentation that if we want to cancel the account we can just cancel by sending a letter and that will be it. Now I want to cancel it because it does not help me with anything and I have never used it and to me it is a waste of my money but I have been paying for years now I am told that the board will decide if I can cancel or not, which means I might find myself paying for something that does not help me at all for years to come and which I do not have budget for anymore. This is wrong, daylight, please help me I need to cancel this account please. I envy those who haven't joined it yet. I don't understand that the board will decide that I need to take holidays
