I have requested easy holidays to cancel the contract before they could even render any service to me. When we sent a request to this is what the response was "your request for cancellation EHC -8289 was presented to the Credit Review Board and based on the evidence provided, has been declined. The Board suggest that you apply for debt review. We are currently paying for which gose directly from my our account on a monthly basis.
Please assist us as we cannot afford this.
