Bus did stop in Pietermaritzburg to pick up

I booked the bus, via internet, credit card debited with full amount and downloaded and printed ticket, 2 and half hours before depature time.
From Pietermaritzburg to Johannesburg, Thursday, 02/05/2013.
Arrived at bus stop by taxi at 12, 52.
Waited for bus until 2h55. Bus did not show up.
Called call centre to check on why the bus was late, after holding for over 20 mins, I was told that bus passed Pietermaritzburg at 12h50, and had no passengers to pick up on their list.
I now had to take a taxi back home, it was now 3h20.
Taxi cost to bus station was R150, 00. Taxi cost back home was R200, 00
Had a meeting in Johannesburg at 9h00. Missed meeting and lost 1000's or rands due to Intercape.
Called call centre spoke to shift senior and consultants, promised to call me back in the morning, during office hours. They still havn't called.
