Greyhound
Age-restricted movies and possibly bad wate

On 27 June 2013 I travelled on the Gauteng-PE coach and returned on 6 July, with kids aged 10, 7 and 4. On the two journeys we were given the following age-restricted movies to watch:

Red Dawn (13VL), Marine 3 (13V), Diary of a Mad Black Woman (13V) and Madea's Witness protection (10M). The movie soundtrack is piped through speaker, with no option of earphones. Because of how loud the movies were, my 7 year old couldn't sleep till past 10pm, and all were scared by the content. The most violent movies were shown in the morning when the children were awake, and there was no way to stop them watching. Only one movie for all ages was shown on either trip.

On 6 July, the hostess told me that the water in the bathroom was not drinkable. There was no sign up, and when I asked for drinking water, she said there was none. We had already drunk the water on the previous trip, and earlier that same trip before she told me. When I said there was no sign, she was overtly rude, telling me that I should "know" that the water was not drinkable. Is the water on Greyhound safe?

The bus also stopped long at various stops even when we were hours behind schedule - why not catch up?
