I waited for an hour for a taxi after Madame Zangaras last night (5 July). I phoned to follow up and was told that the taxi was on the way. It never arrived and when I complained to the guy at the call centre he was rude and sarcastic. I can't believe that they don't deliver and then still treat clients like that. It is disgusting!
