I booked a taxi at 10am on Valentines day so that I could have a few drinks with my wife that evening. 10 hours later the taxi didn't pitch up and I didn't get a call to let me know that they couldn't make it. When I called they couldn't even let me know when a taxi would be available.
I find it incredible that they can't organize a taxi to be somewhere with 10 hours notice, on top of that when they can't service my request they don't inform me and just wait until I'm properly unhappy about the situation when I called.
I would say poor service but that would point to there having been service in the first place.
