Arny, it seems that personal emails to you is not answered, Maybe it is because I've been corresponding with the NCC. I'm asking again for my contracts to be sent to me - and it is not my problem where you get it. I want to cancel my contract and Flexiclub will assist me in selling my points, as the sales people gave a false presentation when they sold the points to me. I am so fedup with your company, that I feel like goinf to see you at our office and maybe then things will get done. Being polite or losing your temper and being rude, means nothing to your company.
