Guesthouse owner, Safarinow creates the impression that we are not attending to queries. Irrespective of calls and mails been sent to them showing proof of such, causing reputational damage. Then have the cheek to say we will be down graded from our exposure profile... Nobody return my mails... trying to rectify this issue.
