I am writing this on behalf of my sister who has no internet access. we boarded together on the 20th March 2013 on the train to Durban. when passing the checking in gate, a general worker, in full view of the official in uniform took one of our bags in our hands as a condition for us to pass through, saying big bags need to go on a trolley he had. when we were in the platform, no one told us where to get the bag. in the end we had to go and were told by another official that we will get our bag on the other end. (durban) as it was packed in. when we arrived in Durban the bag wasnt there. we qiuckly reported to the offices there. the manager in Durban was excellent because he tried to call everywhere trying to locate our bag. we spent our holiday without the bag, and had to replace some of the items we had to ensure our stay was atleast bearable. After we came back we advised to claim, which we did. they then requested quotations which we also did. after communications back and forth they wrote an email back to us saying they cannot reimburse us due to the Shosholoza condintion stipulated in the back of the ticket. they took the back from our hands. they lost it not us.please help
