On a trip from Johannesburg to Durban in July 2013 on the Shosholoza Meyl my husband and I found the train to be filthy - disgusting dirty. A complaint was sent through in July 2013 and we are still waiting for a response or feedback from the appropriate persons in charge (the person who booked the ticket has sent this complaint through to the "necessary persons"). Shocking and super disappointing service!
